The origin
I didn't get here by vocation. I got here by necessity — and it took me years to turn that into a method.
I spent the first half of my life learning to read what people don't say. The second half, learning to do something with it. Between the two there was therapy that worked, a marriage that ended, a move to another country, and the uncomfortable discovery that understanding yourself is not the same as knowing how to live.
Where therapy ends
Therapy works. This work begins after it — at the point where understanding is no longer enough and you have to decide, sustain and build.
- Understanding of the past A plan for the next twelve months
- A space to talk A place where nothing needs explaining anymore
- A name for what you feel A decision about what you do with it
- Sessions A path with a beginning, a middle and proof
- Clinical care, inside the office Sensory curation: body, environment, language and rhythm — where your life actually happens
The sessions
Four formats. All of them start with the same conversation, and none of them starts without it.
-
Discovery session
The mandatory starting point. We map where you are, what has been tried and what is actually at stake. You leave with a clear reading — even if you decide not to continue.
Reserve -
Private immersion
A whole day reserved for one person. Environment, rhythm and sequence designed for your case. For big decisions that no longer fit into an hour a week.
Reserve -
Six-month path
The full work. Six months to dismantle what no longer serves and build the structure that holds the next decade — with support between meetings.
Reserve -
Couples & partners
For two people sharing one decision — in life or in business. We work on what each avoids saying and what the two need to agree on.

“I'd already done seven years of therapy. What was missing wasn't understanding. It was someone sitting with me and asking what I was going to do on Monday.”
